I can relate to you. I always cry due to anger too and whenever I'm frustrated over something o due to myself, I easily cry. Whenever my mom huts me verbally, I cry too. Whenever I'm in a difficult family situation, i cry too.

Sometimes I do that too. Crying in bed because of anger and my parents just brushed it off.
It's just normal. Crying because of anger is just ways to vent or release your frustation about something.

Hi, annick1206. Welcome to myLot! When I get really upset with someone, I may cry too. I know that it has been so many times that I have cried when my husband said or did not do something for me. If his reaction is very negative, then I would break down and cry. Your parents should not see crying as being "shameful", just because you are no longer a child. A word of the wise: Anyone of any age, male or female cries. That is what we do as humans, it is quite natural. I think that your parents should sympathize and show you more compassion when you are crying.

If i am angry, i tend to cry sometimes, not all the time, but i do get thet angry i have shut myself away to cry on my own.I think sometimes a good cry can help.I do not think that crying is a thing of shame and i think that crying can be a great release of most things.

I cry when I am angry too and I don't like other people being around when I cry. I feel kinda ashamed when people see me cry so i try to avoid everyone when I feel like crying. I used to feel ashamed ever since I was a kid

Hi there Annick1206!
I think it's pretty normal to cry when you're feeling intense emotions. It may be because of too much anger, sadness or even happiness. I have a cousin who always cry whenever in a quarrel or confrontation but it doesn't mean that she's weak. She is a strong person and it's her emotions that makes her cry, not weakness. I think it's pretty much the same for everyone.

I'll cry anytime I feel like crying..
Especially when I feel sad for something or I remember something awful in my past!
Also, there are times when my and my mom always argue! And there are times, I couldn't hold my emotions and I burst it out.. I'll scream and cry!
No, am not a scene kid, if that's what you think!
I don't hate scene kids, I respect them. It's their way of expressing their own self. We don't know that they are dying inside them right? That's why I am not against them!
Have a good day to you!

I am like you too I cry sob and I easily get hurt when people say bad things or untrue about me, it breaks my heart. I am over sensitive and I am trying my best not to get affected every time I heard things that is unbearable. I'm still practicing..

When I cry I don't want other people to see me. There is not so many reason I cry. I cry when I feel hopeless or the same like you when I'm angry or sometimes of pain. When I cry I feel weak and I don't want anybody including my partner that I can be weak sometimes. I wish you happy mylotting.

I do the exact same thing! Even though I am fully grown, no longer living with my mom but am a mom myself. Even my sons do this!
I cry when I am angry , sometimes harder than when I am sad. It sounds weird but it's true. It's a different kind of crying and different feeling. I think I cry when I am angry because i can't believe what made me so mad. Or that I am so mad and it makes me sad to be made to feel like that.
I think I cry harder too because first I get mad, then I am so mad I cry and then it makes me even angrier because I am crying for being mad... lol.... Sounds funny but it's true!
And from a MOM? I do not find it shameful to cry when you are grown. People cry to let out their emotional build up. Like letting off steam. When you cry most often you feel better afterward. People who hold in their emotions tend to have a harder time dealing with relationships and issues that happen in their adult lives.
My sons ( I have 5) are all different ages. My oldest is 24 and my youngest is 10...and they ALL cry when they need to. They also know that showing emotion- especially crying shows that they are growing up to be men. Not afraid to show who they are. Not afraid to show that they have feelings. And they are ALL very macho...lolol...
They tend to stand up for others, and are mindful of others feelings. So I think crying is not a bad thing - I once read an article years ago that said women live longer than men because they cry. They don't bottle up their feelings like most men do. So I have told my kids that. If they wanna live longer then need to cry more! lol...
