hi friends.just wondering.
bhajji has gone through a very rough patch and the stomach tear came at the right moment.
but the thing is the replacement.
why go for Pragyan Ojha ?
i mean he is a good bowler.he might trouble the english for all we know but he was in india and he might have get acclimatised which will take long, while there is another, very experienced slow left arm bowler is in england.
Murali Karthik.
he is representing Somerset in the T20 tournament in england and ofcourse somerset has reached the quarters ( as if you care ).
he is been in this part of the world even before the indian team landed and was bowling exceptionally well in english conditions.
true he played only 8 test matches and it was way back in 2004 but everyone agree he is a much much better bowler these days.
there is chance that india might choose mishra instead of ojha but why the BCCI forgets these people?
are they short sighted?
well may be because most of them are in a way or another have grand children.

Murli Kartik is there in England..and he may be doing well but he is never ever been a match winner bowler like Bhajji.Bhajji is not having good time nowadays but he is genuine spinner.Murli Kartik can never be Bhajji's replacement.Yea I agree that Amit Mishra and R.Ashwin these are other two specialist genuine spinners and they deserve to be in the playing eleven.Ojha is also talented. He has been doing well in IPL matches but BCCI openes its eyes late.

ya i am totally agree with you, murli kartik is never been a match winner he is not as good as bhajji, but hope bhajji will come back with better stats, but from my point of view why they are not giving any chance to R.Ashwin i like him most as a spinner and he is bit tallented, bcci need to think about him,but replacing bhajji with ojha is better for the team as bhajji is not having a good time with boll.!
well hope bhajji will come back as he can bat too..and we all know that many times he save our team when in trouble..!

Why name only Karthik, where are Wasim Jaffer, Irfan Pathan ,RP Singh, these players had one bad season and they are in oblivion now.Dhoni is a brilliant limited overs captain but he is quite average in longer format of the game,he lacks the vision on how to make a player ,Yuvi has not played in longer format for long even at first class level and Raina was sitting duck in SA still they were selected on the basis of their ODI performances. Is this the vision of Dhoni?he expects that Raina and Yuvraj will replace Dravid and Laxman? He should realize that there is hell lot of difference between selecting players for tests and ODIs.Adding one more point , Ganguly and John Wright started a method of hiring local coaches for a tour like Bruce Read helped India during Aus tour where India finished 1-1 ,we are not finding any such methods to improve, India is just playing one series after another with a gap of a week or so, no wonder they are getting thrashed.

Yes this is a big question in everyone’s mind when there are already murli kartik in England then why BCCI calls to Ojha. I think BCCI wants to go with Ojha because Ojha have performs well in last 2 series against Australia and Srilanka. So now again they want to give a chance to Ojha. And I also believe on Ojha and his performance.
