Alertpay has turned to scamming hyips so be warned and do not keep much money in alertpay, several well know Hyips have had there accounts frozen by alertpay for no proper reason and it has caused them to crash and a lot of investors losing out. If you invest in Hyips you most probably already know that as soon as a site becomes very succesful suddenly alertpay freezes their account and asks for extra paperwork even though when thats sorted they still freeze the money and several Hyips have gone under for this very scam by alertpay, its only a matter of time before alertpay does the same with PTC sites so its better to use Solid Trust Pay in the case of Hyips or PayPal in the case of PTC sites there is always other processors safer than Alertpay like Liberty reserve, Perfect Money and Global Digital Pay.

I am sorry, but I can't agree with you. In my opinion, it is the HYIPs itself that turn scam and they are blaming AlertPay as a scapegoat! Don't they having a same scheme? 1. They are starting the HYIP business with Alertpay. 2. When they are running out of money, they said, "Oh, no! Alertpay frozen our account! So we lose all of our money!" In fact, there's no frozen account. And by doing so they easily scammed many members without losing any trusts. "It is AlertPay that should be blamed," they said. 3. They are switching to another payment processor. And members investing their money again. ("Yay! Money comes again!") 4. They are running out of money again. "Hm, should we blame the payment processor again?" Maybe yes, or maybe they just simply make the site offline and you will never ever seeing the website again. OK, maybe it is just my opinion, even I believe that's the things that really happened. Just remember, AlertPay doesn't easily go scam, the HYIPs do. Remember that HYIPs are using Ponzi Schemes. If there's no new investor come, HYIPs down.

varier, very good. I have seen these for a lot of years, in fact I turned down joining some HYIPs back as early as 1992, they were using PayPal then. PayPal found that they were treating their member bad, in addition to being illegal in the US, So they put some special regulations in place for them. If the HYIP did not furnish the required paperwork they would freeze the account until the paperwork was received. So now AlertPay must be getting to the point PayPal was back then and in a few years STP will be there.

Hi manleyjoe, thank you for your valuable information! Now I know that in several cases, Alertpay may really frozen HYIP's account. But I believe that it is for protecting the member of HYIPs itself. If Alertpay doesn't do that, I think there's a big possibility for that HYIPs to scam members more.

Maybe that only the reason they have used to scam you. Did you ever think about that?

Well, don't get trusted with what they have said. At the beginning, they know the TOS and rules to use Alertpay or other payment system.

Hi justacoolcat, You seem to be pretty fast to label someone a scam. HYIP are not a legal industry in the US but they still find enough suckers to stay in operation for a short period. As long as they can find new sucker to join then the older members will get paid. When the new suckers get wise then the money slows down and their Payment processor is labeled a scam and stealing their money. I have seen this happen with HYIPs since I first started online in the 90s and then they all used PayPal. So there is nothing wrong with AlertPay it is the HYIP you are in. My advise to you is get out and don't send them any more money. I know that the paperwork (proof) was asked for when they first started using AlertPay and they have not sent it in because as soon as AlertPay gets and verifies it the account will be unfroze.

The trouble is they do have all the right paperwork, its only the accounts with large amounts in them that they are freezing thats my point if you only have $100 they are not interested in freezing that its accounts with high amounts, as for Hyips well we all know its a gamble just like going to a casino but on saying that I make my living with hyips but couldnt at a casino.

I still find your logic a little flawed, for there are other sites using AlertPay, myself included who have larger amounts in there and our accounts are not being froze. Maybe the HYIP is not telling the complete truth in this matter.

payPal is one of the older ones and I am in full agreement they are good. I use several including AlertPay and Solid Trust Pay and have found no problems with any of them. I even lost money in the Storm Pay when they were found to be laundering money. PayPal will not accept HYIP money.

I do not use AlertPay, because it isn't widely used, mainly. In other words, you can't use it to buy stuff anywhere! Well, not the places I want to buy from, anyway. I still have approximately 2 dollars in my account, it's a shame I can't transfer them to my PayPal account...

AlerttPay is ok. Granted they are limited as to where you will use them but then so is PayPal and Solid Trust Pay and Liberty Reserve. I keep a little in all of them so no matter where I purchase stuff I have a Payment Processor for them.

I think Alertpay is just trying to emulate what Paypal has already done. Paypal doesn't allow HYIP to use their site as a payment processor and I believe Alertpay is just trying to impose a stricter guidelines to stop HYIP sites from using their site as payment processor for these sites as well.

Thats not the case with alertpay as they rely on hyips for over 75% of their main income

I have bad experience with alertpay when some fraudster scammed me through alertpay, where I had my bank card hooked up. Not anymore! I have only good safe secure experience with paypal.
