..Getting the lowest discount...

Tell me?.. Really do tell me?... if there is one thing that i really would want to know... i would like to know how to get a very very low discount by persuading the sales lady or sales man... how you work your charisma out.. the power of persuasion or the mind hypnosis...

When you buy at small local store where you are dealing with the owner, you may be able to get a discount. But at the large shopping markets, or chain-stores the sales persons cannot give discounts because they must account for every cent, else-wise it will be deducted from their wages.

i see.. yeah! in small stores you can discuss discount with the store owner.. speaking of big stores, i bought a new samsung phone and i got 1 percent discount over the price..
