Every night I go to bed at about 11 o'clock ,but when I really fall asleep ,It must be 1:00am or later. Moreover, I have many dreams which make me feel that I am almost awake all night long. I think this phenomena have troubled me a lot. Do you have any suggestions? Followed one of my friends advise, I have done exercise per day ,but the situation did not go well.

welcome to mylot. I will give u suggestions which u may not implement probably.
Yes. have healthy practices - avoid smoking, avoid drinking, be in the company of good friends. Eat good food. not stale food or junk food.
be active throughout the day. avoid afternoon sleep. If necessary take a nap for 20 minutes.
Avoid sitting in one place more than 20 minutes. Do exercises. Spend at least 30 minutes every day in reading regular books. Avoid watching TV or movies before going to bed.
Take dinner early. Drink milk and go to bed latest by 10.30 pm. Tell some prayers to which u are committed. Good night.

Thanks for your advice. Although I don't smoke and drink ,I do really surf on Internet a few hours after my work ,and I always sit in front of the computer for several hours. Many friends told me that milk can work, but it is pity that I have allergy of milk ~I think I will follow some of your advices and go to bed earlier.
