Well you have to take care of your hair such that hair fall reduces.
use oil massage 1 hour before hair wash.
use shampoo according to your hair.
you will see some effect of this mehtod

Nice suggestions. But does this work actually? Have you tried it ?
I have heard that there are some best Ayurveda medicines for this. Do you know more about those medicines ?

One of my cousin sister has also experienced such a problem. She has been suffering from falling hair for more than five years. Any good solution will be helpful for me too .

There are a couple of products that might help, but it depends on what is causing it. You need to go to a doctor to make sure you don't have a thyroid problem, a hormone imbalance or an infection of some kind.
Nisim is the best natural remedy for hair loss. I used it a couple of years back when I had a problem that couldn't be resolved otherwise and it really worked. The website is nisim.com (not an affiliate link). If you try the shampoo, get the conditioner too, because the shampoo tends to make hair dry.

I have the same problem as you. I also have falling hair every time I shower, after coming my hair. That's my problem too. I've tried shampoo to reduced hair fall but still I have falling hair. The only remedy I have is that I am using a big toothed comb, although the falling hair lessen especially when I com but still there is a little bit of falling hair. How I wish we could learn here on myLot on how to get rid falling hair if not how to minimize falling hair.

Have you tried to take Chinese herbs? I have read on the internet that certain types of Chinese herbs will help. There is also a type of comb (known as huang yang mu comb) that will aid in hair growth (which is useful for people with problem of hair loss), according to an expert who shared on a local infotainment programme. Hair loss could also be due to excessive salt intake.

first of all is to find out the cause of it, If it is caused by illness, medication, infection, stress or poor nutrition, it is often temporary. If you can address the cause, your hair will usually grow back.
