Studen Loan Frustration

Let me start off by saying that I am not an average student. Like many people, I did go straight from high school to college. I graduated 4 years later with a Bachelor's. I was very lucky, my parents were able to help me out through all 4 years of college. I graduated and got a good job. Two years after graduation, I was laid off!! I couldn't believe it. The worst part was there were no good jobs to be found!! After a year of unemployment, I decided I wanted to go back to school to become a pharmacist. There are some good paying jobs available and it would help me reach my dreams. After a year of getting everything together that I needed to do, I am preparing to start graduate classes at the end of the month! (I cant believe in 4 years I will have a doctorate!) There is only one thing in my way: student loans. This is my first time getting student loans, so I am clueless. I have called the financial aid office for help. I did receive some help from them, but there is still something I need to do I am not sure what it is and they arent responding to me. My tuition is due in 4 days, and I am worried everything will not be taken care of! I wish we could go back to the days that a college education was affordable so you could to pay tuition and not have to worry about paying for it for years to come! I see a lot of time on the phone on Monday getting this all straightened out! Have you ever taken out student loans? Did you have any difficulties? Do you think colleges charge too much money for an education?

Normally student loans come with many difficulties and responsibilities. You'll have to repay back in time for student loans or else you'll have a huge burden as well as a bad credit. You can check out websites on student loans like http://www.myfederalstudentloan.com where you would get much information on federal and private student loans. Always do your research on what you need before going in for student loans. These loans are useful in the long run if you can plan accordingly. Bye.
