May netbooks overheat too?

I write this review because I have a Asus Aspire one D255 that I sometimes that even if used on a horizontal plane, it seems to me it overheats too much. When it touches the peaks of heat seems to me it goes really slow and even the mouse tends to go in spurts. Though it is equipped with a cooling fan, maybe not enough? The device can be damaged over time? I would ask to the experts.

Yes. I think all of them can overheat. Some of them get so hot that they can even cause a fire too.

You can regulate the use of netbooks, so that the heat under control. The longer it is used, the more heat and will certainly damage the other components. Whne using the cooling pad has not been able to reduce the heat, probably due to the hot air around the state.
