when do you start getting paid? after how many comments and diskussions do you get paid??? I am new here and therefore slightly confused how this works.

You will see what you earned today about 24 hours later. There is a delay in calculating earnings because the earnings algorithm is very complicated and sophisticated. There is NO set amount 'per post': what you earn is based on the quality of your participation for the day.
