A test developed recently to detect tuberculosis seems to be effective in accurately tracing the disease early. It can thus potentially cut delays in diagnosis and treatment of the disease, reducing tuberculosis- related morbidity and mortality significantly and would be of immense help in tuberculosis care and control. But as tuberculosis is prevalent mostly in underdeveloped and developing countries, World Health Organization or in short WHO must come forward to provide necessary funds to those countries which are in urgent need of this facility.

That is cool. I have had regular tuberculosis tests over the course of my life because I have been working in the food, childcare, and healthcare. I have never showed up positive, but I do make a point not to go around people that do have it. A fact that angers some people. They think I'm being rude, but as long as I don't say 'Hey, I'm not going to hang out with you because you are TB positive.' I don't see anything rude about it. I just choose carefully who my friends are. Of course, I don't have many friends... so maybe I am too picky.

Isn't that the way of it. I am sure they will come to some way of using this test even in the underdeveloped and developing countries. I hope so anyway. They definitely need it. Tuberculosis is a real horrid disease and to catch it early would be wonderful for all involved.

I hope the test will be available worldwide soon. This disease among others really frightens me, because of having no symptoms.
