Break ups are a sensitively charged time that for most does not cure itself quickly. When it comes to relationships, missing your ex can make some very raw sentiments such as missing little things about them, including activities most in relationships take for granted. Wanting to get those things back is usual, but reality needs to set in, and you need to understand that your ex might have moved on to greener pastures, or they may be going through the similar sentiments. Either way if you need to get your ex back there desires to be some time taken to heal. Instantly following a break up the first step must always be non-communication. Remaining completely out of contact with your ex will let your emotions to calm down and let your brain to function again. This means completely no contact through email, text messages, phone calls, or seeking info through common friends. Everybody is looking for the love of their life, and a truly boundless relationship is one of a person's most prized possessions. Having a connection with a person who truly appreciates you and loves you for all of your strengths and weakness is paucity, and is valued when it is found. Rebuilding relationships that were once abundant may take more time than you think, but if you work hard and slow at healing the wounds, then the relationship will be that much tougher.

i truly agree of what you said pogi123. time really heals especially when you are badly hurt by the one you love the most. i experienced that thing when my gf broke up to me to have better future with a guy who is wealthy. it took me some time to heal. and not communicating her was a great help in healing the wounds she did but now i realized that i must move on for there are so many people who are around you ready to tap your shoulder and says "thats enough, she's already gone" and that words i really realized how life is good.

You need to heal first before you start. Sort out some things and have time for yourself. It is very hard to start again but it surely is much harder when you are leaving a relationship. For sure when the right one comes around things would be better.

hi pogi,
Time heals that is true but sometimes there are wounds that is not easy to heal and leave a mark .
The best way is to accept what happened and move on.
happy mylotting

The cause of the break-up determines whether the relationship can be rebuild or not. Even though love plays the biggest role in rebuilding broken relationships, the mind will always stick to the reality and be the hardest core to break and build initial trust. Personally, I don't think I can be lured back into a relationship that went hay-wire because of cheating, whatever the time and closeness we can be.. I would always feel something amiss.
..time can heal, but not all issues can be solved in time...

I believe on time can heal the wounds and let the scars remain not only on real wounds but also when a heart is wounded too. All the wounds are always have the process of healing and i believe on that coz it was also happened to me. And really it takes time to forget and heal the wounds. Every thing around us reminds me of the past all the happy past when we are together. All i know is time past and it healed.

They say time heals, but often deepens the wounds, but a new love or even "concern" miracles. In fact to hear again from someone else that you are wonderful and beautiful, this is the miracle cure ... there and back to having confidence is something the way, but at least feel that you have started a new way to help a lot .. . good luck and a wonderful day!
