How do you learn a language in university?

hey everyone!I think languages are very important nowadays .If you can speak more languages ,you will have more chance. I want to know how do you learn a language, and which language are you learning. I usually reading essay in the morning ,and listening in the evening . what about you?

You would be better off attending a specialized language class outside of school. If you take that at a university, you won't be able to concentrate on wholeheartedly learning the language by heart since you'll be worrying about getting a bad grade on that course and pulling your gpa down. In the end, you might get too focused on earning a higher grade than actually learning the language. I know that from experience :(
I try to get better by watching films of the language I'm trying to master. It really helps since I don't exactly have someone to take to in that language so its the best I can do.
Just curious, what language are you trying to learn anyway? :)

??,??????????,some issues always i gotta face bewilder me,i figure i spend much time picking up english and japanese ,which makes me feel i couldnt acquire what i wanna get,maybe it depends on time,but i am going to strive for it,we must continue

I watch movies and I try to imitate the lines of the characters. It's much faster that way and you can easily get the diction of each lines. I'm studying korean and japanese nowadays and I try the same approach in learning them. I may not be able to write well but at least I would be able to have a simple conversation with them and that's my goal.
