You mean you don't brush your teeth at night? Why? That's strange... are you married?
I do brush my teeth after each meal no matter how small it is. It may be overacting but it is the way it is supposed to be. No matter how small we eat, we use our teeth and small pieces of food will be caught in between our teeth. I even brush after coffee or tea to make sure it won't stain them.
If you don't brush your teeth, how do you feel when you wake up in the morning??

I need to brush my teeth before sleeping or I can't sleep at all. I get the feeling of being "dirty" in some way if I don't brush my teeth. Brushing gives me that relief that I need to get into the relaxation mode. I brush 3 times a day every after meal.

Of course i brush my teeth before sleeping, i think it is very very important to have a healthy and beautiful to brush one's teeth before go to the bed. Though sometimes i skip it if the time is too tight when i get up in the morning, but no matter how busy and tired, i will brush my teeth before going to the bed.

YES! YES I DO! I am obsessed with taking care of my teeth. I drink a lot of pop and coffee, though not good for me, and they stain teeth. I floss too. I spoke with my dentist about the condition of my teeth. He thought I had a great set of chompers and then looked at my x-rays. I have 21 fillings. All due to the lack of calcium in my diet but I had ceramic fillings. Back when I got them I thought they were neat because you couldn't see them like you can the metal ones. I showed him where I thought my problem areas were due to discoloration or future cavities. He said they were stains and prescribed a whitening toothpaste 3 times a day, like back in the 80's. He also said that people who do this and take care to rinse their mouth often with salt water have less expenses when it comes to future dental whitenins, fillings, extractions and then some. I use salt water after I brush at night and around lunch time when I brush. In the morning I use a germ-fighting mouthwash. Brushing your teeth before bed is a good way to get the crud off your teeth and out of your mouth before they set in at night.

i do brush my teeth before going to sleep. although everybody will have stale saliva in the morning, it seems to at least feel less foul tasting compared to not having brushed my teeth in the evening and the saliva mixed with stale leftover food in our teeth and tongue.
I also brush every meal, so that sums up to three times a day. It is very important to have a good oral hygiene to prevent sore gums and decayed teeth and other infections caused by leftover food in our mouth.

I brush my teeth after eating and after I go to sleep. I also use mouthwash.
I think we should brush our teeth at least three times a days. Also, Please don't forget to consult with your dentist every six months.

Yes i do brush my teeth every night and when i wake up in the morning.I don't wanna get any disease in my mouth so I have to brush it.Since your teeth are very visible to others, you have to keep it clean so people don't think you're a very dirty person.
