Kitty Pot Anyone ??

Okay here goes. I was at work today and I was telling my kitchen aid about how I was playing with my cat today before I went to work, and I filled her little toy with catnip, and she was having fun and going crazy, "Then I said the word "Treat, Treat", and she went crazy.
So then I got thinking about the fact if you bought some catnip and were driving home, and got pulled over by the local PD, and got arrested, What would you do if they did not believe it was catnip and you got cuffed and sent off to jail.
So I said, once they find out the truth and had held me for nothing I would sue. (Here in NY)
Then I said " NO offense to VT. Folks, If it was Vermont, they would try to get me on trying to sell fake weed and trump up the charges, so no matter what you said you can't get out of it. They have to find a charge to convict you on, because they can never be wrong.
I just want to hear everyones funny or not so funny thoughts on something like this happening to you, and what you would do.

Does catnip work on people? I guess it really does depend on where you live. I wonder if they would be able to distinguish the two because they surely smell differently. Another thing is, if the catnip is inside a chewy pink mouse, it's not going to be mistaken for weed, but if it's in a plastic baggy or something, it would be. Maybe people should start hiding their weed in toy mice!

Ha ha to funny! All the people that ride around with a bit of weed in their car can hide it in a kitty toy, and when stopped they can say " I took my cat to the vet, and forgot to bring it in the house lol. Wow just thinking about it is making me laugh.
Oh and those checkpoints would be fun, we could keep the toy up on the dash by the stickers, so they just gotta ask..
