Okay, now I know that we can all agree that at one time or another we have been faced with fear. Fear of what? Maybe fear of the unknown, fear of failure, fear of rejection... Whatever the reason, we know in order to move forward we must face them head on. If not we will forever be bound to limitations and boundaries. I believe there are so many people that deal with fear and a large number that never manage to conquer their fears. Can you please share with us, how do you overcome or face your fears?

Well i had this fear of failure before and that prevented me from ever doing anything great at all. It made me unhappy instead of happy about not making any mistakes because i wasn't really doing anything much at some points and aspects of my life. When i realized that i started to not be afraid of failing or making mistakes, because it is when you make mistakes that you begin to learn and move forward and grow. So why would anyone not want to grow and be happy right? I was really selling myself short and so i decided to finally stop being afraid of making mistakes so that i would grow and become a better person. (Making mistakes of course is different from doing wrong things.) The key here is acceptance, trust and security. Anyway i did write something about what the opposite of fear is so i could help myself (and others) to further move past the fear. Just remember that if we let fear take hold of us, we would never get past it and see what's on the other side of it. We won't be able to experience to truly live happily.
