roads being constructed without any defect at all?

Good day fellow mylotters,
I am really wondering why some roads needed to be constructed wherein these roads does not have any defects at all. Hence these roads helps to ease the traffic. As I am really thinking why those roads are being reconstructed and then put a signage "this is where your taxes go". I mean, that road does not have any defect at all. Why they dont just renovate the one which really needs a repair. Why they keep on repairing roads which does not really needs renovation.

Simple. No projects done, no cash flow. Only when money flows can these corrupt officials get money. The money that will go to their pockets will be included as expenses "necessary" to finish the project in their audit report. So it really doesn't matter whether the road needed maintenance or not. The important thing is how much money will get in into their pockets.

is it? perhaps. but, if they will gonna replace the pipes, why they will leave it for a couple of months before they will completely repair it. as a result, it causes too much traffic.

I guess that's what politics is all about, ripping people off and is too sad because they only fix(even thou no need to) some roads in the country from certain decent areas and thou we all pay taxes
If you can take a look, the more decent areas get good care even if not needed but the poorest areas where that care is needed they don't even care about it, is they say "you are poor, stay poor and die poor"
