Can you drink to much water?

I`m drink water maybe 3 glass of water a day because i`m i also drink coffee tea and cola. Some people said if a drink to much water its will not good in the stomack because it will be bigger and having fats. I think 7 glass of water a day its a good enough.

Honestly water is the one thing you can never go wrong with . I only wish it tasted as good as chocolate or cheesecake at least.
I don't like the taste of water because it doesn't have a taste.
But on a serious note. If you drank a gallon of water it wouldn't do you no harm. I will benefit you.
-Water provides nutrients.
-It flushes the body of waste.
-It is like a medicine.
You can go with out food but never with out water.There is never a set mark because every one's body is different, the climate of your country, your diet, the job you do; all these will determine how much water is necessary.

Actually yes you can drink too much water. A few years ago a lady was on a radio station trying to win some kind of gaming system for her kids. She was supposed to drink a lot of water and she did. She actually ended up dying because her body had so much water in it that she was flushing out things in her body that her body needed. So you can actually drink too much. I think 7 glasses of water is fine as well, as long is it is drank throughout the day and not all at once.

It is possible to die from "water poisoning" (it has a more technical name but I'm not remembering what it is right now) but you'd have to drink an obscene amount of water in a very short time. 3-7 glasses of water a day for long-term, I don't think there's a problem there. Your stomach really shouldn't get bigger unless you stretch it with the amount of water you're drinking, but I think you'd die of water poisoning first.

Drinking lots of water is very good to health but we must drink boiled and filtered water. Drinking lots of water don't have any disadvantages other than little bit stomach discomfort as it fill our stomach and makes it heavy and also may be visiting toilets now and then. We must drink lots of water a to keep ourself healthy.

The eight glasses of water a day is a myth.
Each and every person differs on the amount of water they need due to our current weight and diet. Foods like fruits and veg contain water in them and that would count to how much water one would need to remain healthy. there are plenty of articles on the net that agree with the statement that 8 glasses is the right amount.

Hi,
Drinking minimum 10 to 12 glasses of water per day is advised by all doctors.Water will not make you fat.Rather it has a lot of benefits like flushing out harmful toxins from your body system and making your skin and hair healthy as well.Drinking coffee and cola,I am sorry to say,are not good for health.They add extra sugar to your blood and cola is fattening instead of water.Caffeine too when consumed in high quantities is bad for health.
