Has anyone heard of vmc group?

Recently I visited a place in Shahapur, an hour's jouney from Mumbai. Here I saw some plots belonging to vmc group, priced at Rs. 99/- per sq.ft. Plots are about 807 sq ft each. Also there is an installment facility. Rs. 10000/- is the downpayment and Rs. 1000/- per month in 70 installments. Also if you are willing to pay upfront you can get the same plots for Rs. 50000/- each. This rate seems to be too low. The only issue is that the group says that the plots will become N.A in one and a half years time and that they will give possession after 5 years. Does anyone know whether the group is authentic or not?

No , Dont Invest @ this movment.. It seemz some HOLD there in Development Plan. If the Land is not converted into NA , then you vl landup paying high price. Instead Shell some more money & buy NA Plots, they are Safe & Assure return.
