hi there, i am a dentist, well dental floss is an extention of your brushing. floss can reach places where brush cant. so if u brush twice daily then flossing twice daily is equally important

I tried once to floss my teeth, after repeated instructions from my dentist.I discovered how difficult and how painful flossing is?I tried various flosses, waxed and unwaxed, thread type and disposable type.I found it's impossible to floss my back teeth.the moment dental floss
slips the contact between my teeth,it is forcibly impinging on my gum.My gums repeatedly became sore after flossing and even bleeds.kindly help me in this regard
