My family and I are traveling to Wisconsin for vacation next week. We are spending a few days at the Dells and the going north to Green Bay. I want to do some sight-seeing Door County, but I'm not sure where to go or what to see. We only have one day to visit that particular area.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

In fact, I have not been to Wisconsin yet. I have been thinking about it for quite some time now, but have not made it yet. It would be nice if you would share your experience of the visit when you get back. Have a nice trip, visiting beautiful places !

You could drive in Door county but it would be a long day. The roads are slow and often lack passing zones. I would suggest that you select one or two things you want to see and go for those with a couple of extras if you hit a good time and little traffic. It is beautiful and you could easily spend a week and not see it all. Enjoy.

I have never been to Wisconsin, but I have heard my mom talk about the Dells. I wish I could visit there some day. I hope you enjoy the trip as she says it is really pretty. I asked her about door country and she didn't know what that was so I really do not have any advice on that.
