Would you announce your pregnancy on social sites like facebook?

Thanks to Facebook, we never have to remember anyone's birthday anymore. But now you can find out the birthdays for people who aren't even born yet. Now Facebook is letting you tell the world when your unborn child will be expected. In the Family section of Facebook, users can now check off an option that lets them share their baby's due date, name and gender by listing "Expected: Child" as a family member. Of course, Facebook's privacy options allow you to select who sees this information, but regardless, is this something you'd really want to share with anyone on a social media network? While I can certainly understand the excitement of expecting parents who'd want to share this news with the world, some argue that it's a very bad idea, especially if the worst happens. What do you think?

I don't see any wrong announcing if you are pregnant besides they are proud because a new life will be born.

Well some mothers consider their pregnancy as a gift from God that is why they are too eager to announce it. I don't see anything wrong with that. It is like a celebration of life. In my case, I would be very happy if I will become pregnant but will not announce it in Facebook. I'm not the type of person who share every thing in a social networking site.
