Last week I bought some dry rosemary. I use it to make my roasted chicken. Now it is resting on my shelf. I could not think of any other way of using it other than roasting. Do you have any suggestion?

Rosemary is pretty versatile. If you like the scent and the taste of it you can always a pinch of it to soups and sauces. Always remember though that putting it in liquid will infuse the flavor more so if you are not keen to it then don't put a lot. We use it on any tomato based sauces. You can also use it for roasted vegetables.

Rosemary is great with pan-roasted potatoes in olive oil. It's great in salad dressings, too.

hi zaliolame Rosemary is great with roast beef and is also delicious in beef stews. also in veggie and meat soups it gives a nice lift. I even like to use it in Ratatouille with tomatoes, onion, eggplant, celery as it gives it a nice flavor.
