Talking about health. That line must be not that new to you right? Being healthy is a BIG deal for us especially nowadays that diseases are everywhere. We should prioritize our health since we only have one life. taking nutritious foods, a balanced diet and an exercise is a very big help for us to have a healthy living. But then living in a very busy world like what we have right now, I think it is very difficult to maintain a healthy diet since there are lots of fast food chains that offers delicious foods. Do you still have a healthy diet?

I make sure always that i have a balanced diet. I would always eat fish and lean meats with vegetables and fruits. I also take my vitamin supplements because i know that the nutrients i take everyday may not meet my daily requirement. I exercise and drink at least 8 glasses of water. I always have the required number of sleep. Most of all, i always make sure that i have a happy and positive disposition.

Well our emotions also affects our health. Stress the is the number 1 thing that we should avoid because it can harm us health and also if we are always stress, it can lead us to a serious disease. It is good to hear that you are taking vitamins and food supplements. It can help you a lot. Stay healthy.

The world is filled with temptations these days specifically with foods. Our modern lifestyle does not allow us to be healthy, but I really think it is up to us. There aint no mountain high enough and there aint no river wide enough.I think we can still eat healthily if we make adjustments.

You are definitely right. Unhealthy foods are everywhere and most of the time, we consider those foods instead of health foods which is not good for our health.But if you consider your health as the most important of all, you should not let temptations affect your diet. Being healthy is important.

nop, my diet is really awful and even my eating schedule is screwed. I try to regulate it because sometimes I end up eating my dinner very late and just before going to bed which I know is very dangerous. I'm trying to correct it because as you said, we should prioritize our health

You should find ways on how to bring back your diet. Eating late can cause ulcer and that is s serious thing. So I suggest that you should eat on time and don't forget to balance your diet.okay?:-P have a great day!

I think I have a healthy diet! It's not too hard... just buy a blender and buy much fruits! You can often get super-cheap fruits from local markets if you are in a big enough place... and it's not too much hassle. Buy cheap things like Bananas, apples, peaches, oranges, and such... then you will always have very sweet and delicious smoothie! =D Also, fast food isn't necessarily that great... it is convenient more than delicious in my opinion. But maybe that's just me. Oh... and Pizza isn't counted in that - cos that is ALWAYS delicious!!!

there is an old belief dat all disease starts in the gut and there is some truth to this.So a healthy digestive system one dat is capable of processing and absorbing the nutrients from de food we eat is essential to a healthy disease free life.So i do believe we should have a healthy diet.

Our body is detemined by the food we eat. we eat food to survive. But if we want to keep health, we have to stay away from junk food. But if we want to look beautiful and stay young, we shoud be very careful about the food we eat.
