The unemployed AREN'T looking for jobs

Or so says a Fox News pundit I heard yesterday. Which made me quite angry, two months ago I was let go from my job as a paralegal due to budgetary issues and have had no luck finding jobs, even though I apply to at least 5 jobs a day and as many as 50. These range from office jobs to working at Wal-Mart and not even a single nibble yet. I just can't believe the gall of some people who honestly think that the unemployed are in such a state simply because they are not looking for work. Are there people like that? Well of course! But that doesn't not include the vast majority of the people who are without work. What are your thoughts on the issue? Are the unemployed simply lazy bums by nature or are there more people who can't catch a break?

In our country, finding jobs is difficult. There are only few jobs opportunity available. I have applied many institution as I can but no feedback receive. How disappointing is it. This talks about the majority of the ordinary people in my country. We are not lazy because we are trying to land a stable job for our family and for self worth.

Take a look at the economy growth figure, less than 2 percent annually, while the unemployment rate nationwide is closed to 10 percent, it is not the unemployed AREN'T looking for jobs, it is the JOB aren't there seeking for applicant to fill. The layoff rate is much faster than the new hire rate, there is nothing much left in the retail or wholesale market for new hires, except in the army recruitment center where they still need more recruits getting ready to ship to Afghanistan.
