Is the toothe painful or the gum beneath swollen. If yes then you do need some antibiotics- amoxil is best for tooth problems, but I'm not a doctor yet so get the real prescription. If its not swoolen or painful I think it would fall out while your eating something hard. When I was achild and my tooth was loose, in order to get it out quickly- especially if it was very loose, then I would tie a thread to the tooth and the other end around a door knob lol, then I would close the door really sharply. Many times I would run towards the door as it closed because i hadnt built up enough courage lol. Well it never broke- because it was already so loose and I always got a tooth for the ' toothfairy' lol. As an adult, who know better now I dont advise this lol. Most times if your eating something hard it would fall out unexpectedly, but if its swollen or painful, try very hard to get a dentist to see it.

Well because its not swollen or painful we atleast know its not infected in any way.Its possible the nerve is fine but the tooth is becoming detacted from the root. I think you should get ready to lose a tooth. According to how loose it is then it may stay in a while if not provoked. i have a tooth that a few years ago was shaking but very lightly, but its not anymore and I didnt do anything to it I still have it in good use.Hope this turns out to be your case too. If not, be prepared to lose your tooth

I am very sorry to hear that you are having a miserable time with your bad tooth. All that you can do is chew with other teeth and wait for you tooth to fall out. If you get pain or swelling once it falls out you should see your doctor. In the meantime you could save up to go to your dentist. I was eating my food and then a piece of my front upper tooth came out. I found it painful when my dentist tried to patch it up. I had decay in those two front upper teeth. I am fed up with my dentist. His equipment doesn't work. A few months ago I had another piece of upper tooth fall out. It took my ages for me to get enough courage to go to my dentist. I hope to save up to visit a decent dentist that does laser dentistry. I chew on one side only and avoid chewing with the other side or my front teeth. Good luck.

You can't go the dentist, and it is loose, all you can do now is wait for it to fall off, hopefully you can catch it before it drop into your stomach. There is nothing much yuo can do with a loose tooth without the help of a dentist.

You know if it is bad, its likely going to be a lost cause anyway. Therefore, just hopefully work around it until you actually lose it. If it falls out on its own, that saves a trip and some money to say the very least. If it just remains at that loose point, which it can and it becomes a further issue, then I recommend that you take care of it. Of course that is the thing about bad teeth. There are many times where they are loosened but somehow the thread that they are hanging on are strong in there. There are a lot of times where it can hang on by one small bit. If you feel comfortable with pulling it, then pull it. Or just let it fall out. Its likely that it will do so before too long.

You can't go to the doctor yet? I assume that means you can go at some point in the future? For now the best thing you can do is do all you can to preserve that tooth! That means avoiding hard foods or foods that require excessive or intense chewing. I would also suggest avoiding gum or foods that require sucking like lollypops. This may be awkward, but try to avoid using that tooth when you bite into something. It is hard but it can be done. The key is to avoid use or abuse of the tooth until you get to a professional that can fix it. Finally, if worse comes to worse and that tooth does go, it is possible to get a fake one if you have medical insurance to cover it. My mom had that done twenty years ago and I am sure the process has greatly improved by now.
