I couldn't eat too much during evening time

Usually when it comes dinner time, I would gobble up all my favorite food. But lately, what is wrong with my appetite. I am eating less and less, and I get full easily simply a few bites. Taken yesterday for instance, I went to Waffle House at night, and I order some cheese steak sandwich with hash brown, I only finish the first sandwich, then I felt that I can eat anymore. I end up being taking the rest of dish home. Is there something wrong with me? Usually I can eat a lot during dinner time, but lately, I just can't. Maybe my body told me to be slim.

Wow, you ate an entire sandwich of cheese steak at night? Oh man. That had to fill you up. Why would you get two sandwiches? The best thing is to not eat after dinner. That is the worst thing you could do. Now about you're appetite not being what it used to be, maybe you're stressed about something, or it could just be getting older. I have noticed that as I get older, I cannot handle the amount of food that I used to eat.

i just want to tell you that eating too much in evening is not advisable and healthy. I've read this already in most health magazines. However, if you really love eating food, I suggest you eat all the food you want in breakfast or in lunch but not in the evening. I read that eating too much food in the evening is bad because that is the time we're going to sleep. We should have light stomach by bedtime so that the food is digested easily that's why I suggest to eat less in the evening. That is why if you couldn't eat too much in evening now, don't fight it. You're body is telling you the right thing.

I ever came across your kind of situation, where i just seems don't have the mood to eat a lot. Sometimes, it is due to worried too much on certain matters or even your body don't have enough rest. All these little bit matters a lot towards changing your eating appetite. Try to get enough sleep and exercise regularly. If your eating habit didn't improve, try to pay a visit to your doctor.

Yes friend we can not eat more at the evening time or dinner. Because at night light weight food is good for health or body.

I sure wish I could curb my appetite. Some days I eat alot and some days not. I cannot eat much when it is hot outside either.

I sometimes feel that way. I eat a lot and I eat less. I don't think it is something to worry about. Probably, you just lost your appetite due to stress or something is bothering and that hiders you eat more.

i think we all have days when we dont have the same appetite as before. there are days also that i only eat 1 burger and it is enough for me for the whole night. sometimes that burger is not enough for the night. i still eat spaghetti and rice :)

Before I have been a little fat because my appetite is almost out of the control. I can eat a lot during evening time. The better thing is my insisting on outdoor exercise. Later, I knew a group of people who love marathon. After the series of professional training, everything is well. I will eat some vegetable and fruits if no training. Simply speaking, I am going to a vegetarian.
