My new neighbors scream as the nutty through the apartment.
This is again for hours like this and I want to sleep immediately.
I do not dare to call the police because the look at me otherwise, I would be petty, because the weekend is. Also, my neighbor, a black woman and since then I am in right afterwards. But I also read once that Africans are louder.
Once I rang the bell at her and asked if this is not even quieter. Five people have also looked out the door and laughed silly.
Which I can not even tuck in a simple, although I would like the brazen ruthlessness ... Is that a shouting !!!!!!!!! I get like a tantrum!
What should I do and what in the long run?

Why don't you call your landlord and make a complaint? He's the first person I would call, and let him talk to them. If he's a good landlord, he will only tell them that there was a complaint, and not let them know who did the complaining.
Some people are just rude and don't care about anyone else living in the building. There were some people where I live that were like that and they were evicted, they had to move somewhere else.
It's ridiculous to live like that, and very unfair to the other tenants. Good luck!

Seen it similarly.
Save your nerves ... unless you love the stress ... and informed the landlord.
If it does nothing, then cancel the € because brake on nocturnal sleep disturbance.
Then .... then rent reduction will only respond!

Since these people have just laughed at you, turn to the administration. If the unexpectedly
take no remedial action is to call the police in the future. Which are more common, is the administration
forced to act.
One need not be anything like as tenants by his ruthless neighbors.

I also ask myself what does that have with "right" to do.
We have a Turk as a neighbor.
The cries all the time, slams doors and make phone calls even permanently. Once we have rung the bell, as it has only. Shut up, f*ck yourself screaming, etc. (As the
Police stood at the door she has also done)
We then called the police the other day, and they were very nice, went clean, have talked with and lo and behold, stagnated recently it was actually quite quiet
In your place I would make a statement. So write down the time and what was.
What you can then give your landlord.
We have also made ??Sun
Good luck

If you have opportunities that they hear it, then boller times neatly on the wall (where you can choose "anonymous") remain. Otherwise I can recommend the colorful raver ear plugs out of the range of dm. I got the hand in almost all situations.

kendedes look call the police as those hoodlums making the noise are not going to know which neighbor called the police and the police can handle them and also call the manager too at
once.you do not have to put up with loud unruly tenants at night like that, does not matter if its the weekend. noise is noise and after a certain hour its illegal in an apartment complex

I'm going through exactly the same thing! My neighbour upstairs, she's an absolute nightmare! She constantly argues and shouts with her boyfriend and you can virtually hear everything! I don't want to know about her private life and the difficulties she is facing! It's very difficult to sleep at night at times! I don't think it warrants calling the police though, I wouldn't do that. If they were playing very loud music at all hours of the night then I think that would be a different story.
If you are very uncomfortable with the situation then perhaps youc an write a polite letter explaining your thoughts and feelings and hopefully she is a very understanding neighbour. If you face any problems as a result of that though then you may have to call the police but use them as a last resort. Andrew

I had exactly the same problem last year. After many conversations with the landlord, neighbor and self-management, which was very insightful , I once called the police. Then we had (all neighbors) for a few days something quiet. But not very long. A couple days later, the game began all over from scratch.
I have also spoken with said as her own.
Their excuse was that her daughter was with her ??almost 11 years into puberty. And since this was normal in the girl's age and more often screaming rampage.

In our life ,there are many people always never thinks of anybody but himself and don't respect anybody else's opinion . You don't take it seriously.
You can complain this trouble thing to the landlord or property service department.you will find ,perhaps, other neighbors and you have the same feelings.
Be sure sow the wind and reap the whirlwind . God bless you.

I also think you should report this to the landlord.
In the meantime while you are waiting for the landlord to do something about it why don't you buy ear clogs, what are those foamy ear plugs called??
I have seen them at the store, you should wear those if it gets really bad.
