Riot in London

more that 500 people were arrested in the riot in London. more policemen were sent to control the situation but the crisis still grows. let us stop violence.

You can't really stop the rioting and violent outburst from these looters by arresting them, it is time for London police to shoot and kill, intead of wasting more time to put the situation under control. It is time for the London police to set aside city politic and do their job effectively.

Civil rights doesn't include rioting and violent upheaval; my friend! These youth are purely criminal gangs out to reclaim their territory and cause hardship. It is time to shoot and kill, not put them in jail before London burn and getting destroy, it is time for British leader to lead and provide strong leadership in this challenging time.

i'm just wondering why this strong police force cannot stop this kind of violence. i thought british police is strong enough to stop this. hmmmm?

This needs far stronger powers than the police currently have. Forget all the 'civil rights' political correctness... Anyone who cant behave in a civilised manner should forego such rights.

i strongly agree. as what the saying goes, "my right ends when the right of others begins". looters don't have the right to ruin others' peaceful living. they've just compromise others' rights to live harmoniously. they must be put to jail.
