Being the 3rd party in a relationship

I don't know if there's anybody who will agree that having an affair with someone that is already committed is a sin. In people's eye it is. But what if the latter is no longer happy with his/her partner. Can you help me?

I do understand the situation....I don't know what to tell you as I don't want to encourage it or condemn it.....I'm a Christian and if I will consult the Bible it is definitely a sin....but if both of you are in love....there's no rule in loving I believe....but how can one be happy if it will cause suffering to some people....think this way...what if you are the spouse of that person who is already committed...how will you take it?
