I think in the future - 10 to 20 years from now, An Internet connection can be accessed anywhere for free. We would be able to walk the streets, grab our phone and connect without any issues unlike today where you need to pay for it. People are hook on the Internet because its an all in one entertainment and knowledge machine. It's fun to use and its a learning experience all at the same time. The Internet constantly evolves and I'm waiting for the next stage since I'm an addict to.

Yes, I would say I have become very much addicted to the internet. In fact, that is more of a necessity. Internet has become the information highway of the time, carrying tons of information of a variety of things. With my work needing market research, I have to use the internet to find the information. I spend many hours a day on the internet for that.

I don't think should be addicted to internet and neither are adults. If there is nothing productive about what they are doing in the internet then I see no reasons why they should spend time in the internet. As for me I only use the internet to earn some money like what I do here at myLot. I also do use the internet in researching for helpful ideas which will help my day to day living. I can't waste time just by mere addiction like playing games at FB or useless chatting. I think people who do that are not wise. So me, I do train my kids not to touch the computer without my permission and without my guidance. I give them only specific time if they want to watch some kids thing then I allow them but I don't allow them to waste time playing online games. They should rather do outdoor games and save their eyes from being strained.

People are addicted to the internet because internet really help us a lot in many ways especially if we just stayed home and nothing to do at a moment and we can communicate to our friends even we are away from them and we can also learn something like my lotting.

Some of the reasons is that the internet gives information fast, easy most importantly it gives information that you do not know of. Internet is one of the best creation on earth.

I have no idea what to predict for the future as far as technology - only time will tell! But I love the internet. You can get bored with it of course, like anything else, but if you know what you want to do - information you want to look up, sites you want to go on - it's literally the information superhighway. Super useful and entertaining if you ask me.

I am not sure whether the Internet is making us unsocial or our unsocial nature is making us addicted to the Internet. But the simple truth is that we are getting addicted to the Internet day by day.
