Is there a big gap between the old generation and the younger generation?

Definitely,the younger generation always ignore what the old people said,they have totally different life style and view.What do you think of it?

I think there is a certain amount of respect missing in some cases. I dont think things have changed enough for the older generation to become irrelevant, but it seems most would disagree.
