Anyone Make Good Income Doing Online Surveys?

United States

I have seen a few advertisements for getting paid to do online surveys. They claim that people make serious income doing this. Some of these ads charge a fee like $50 to join. Some sites are free but when I join them they say that they have no surveys for me to take. Does anyone on here know if you really can make money doing online surveys and the best way to go about it?

I do Opinion Outpost, Vindale, SurveySavvy, e-search, and Swagbucks mostly. Vindale is for cash, and I make $50 from them most months. I probably make about $20 in Amazon.com gift cards from Opinion outpost, and maybe $10 from Swagbucks. The other two are more random, SurveySavvy pays by check and e-search pays via paypal. Swagbucks has other ways to earn besides surveys, and has a paypal option also...

First of all rule of thumb for anything. Do not ever spend one dime when trying to earn money. At best you're only going to barely break even more often than not. At worst, there are going to be a lot of money that is going to be lost and that is rather unfortunate but rather true. There are some survey websites out there that are quite legit to say the very least. However its the matter of finding the right website. There will be some websites where you are going to be able to get a survey or two every single day. Then other days, there are times where it might be weeks before you are going to qualify for surveys. I have pretty much thrown in the towel on survey websites, there is just nothing to me more frustrating then spending an hour of my life trying to find a survey that I qualify for. Still hopefully you have better luck than I do.

As per as my experience there are some survey sites which pay, but they take much time to approve surveys, & secondly they mostly provide gift coupons instead cash. If you are looking to earn some reasonable amount without invest single cent then check the site www.online-smartbiz.co.nr

hi mrkite:) I think $50 dollars just to join is a big money, that's so good to be true, because all I saw is $1-$2 to sign-ups for sites.Like you I'm looking for some on-line job too that I could earn at least a dollar a day, but if the offer is like that I just skip because more likely that's a scam.

$50.00 is alot to join. And by good money, I know for a fact they talk about hundreds, maybe even thousands a month. I'm here to tell you no. I joined a company and paid $32.00. There was a story on the site that this one woman started out doing surveys just to make a difference. Then she got disabled, now she does it for a living. Her biggest month was $4000. This was over 5 years ago I joined. Although I have recouped that $32.00 many times over, I haven't made any more than $300.00. And that's not in a month, that's the whole time I've been doing it. Even that one that you pay will tell you they have no surveys, or there will be one, but after answering a few questions, you won't qualify because you wern't what they were looking for, therefore, you don't get paid. or you will finish one and you will get awarded points. Or you will be entered in their monthly $5000 sweepstakes. Well, I'll tell you something; if I would have bought a lottery ticket for every sweepstakes that I've been entered in, I wouldn't need a job. So don't do it.

I have never been paid by online survey sites. I had joined a number of them and have taken the surveys. Every time I take a survey, at some point down the road, a message comes up saying that I am not qualified. So disappointing and frustrating. I don't waste my time on the survey programs any more.

1. You dont need them, they need your opinion. So you don't have to pay anything. 2. If you want to work on survey sites, you must be from US or Canada to become panelists. Rest all countries have very few or no opportunities. Lot of surveys are targeted to US market. 3. If not surveys, there are many types of earning programs available to make money and are absolutely free. send me friend request, i will forward the list.
