I Want To Grow even by 4 inches help!

Last week, I saw a product on tv about gaining inches tall by using certain product. The ingredients of the product were naturals and so on. The said product can be used specially by the people who wont grow anymore like 22 yrs old and up. I even research the web about the product and found most negative results.
I even research about how to gain in length even if they reach their maximum age and found a lot of products.
I would like to ask if its true you can still grow even if your 22 above and how?
I really want to gain even by just 4 inches because I'm small (sigh).

I am a woman and I am 5'6 tall my mom use to let us take some vitamins when we are young and also the food you eaten also takes part.My parents are not that tall and infact I am taller than them.I heard that tung hai i think it's a fish liver oil really helps a lot in the growth of the brother of my friend.

Well you very well might have to resign your self with the fact you are short. I have had to and I find I like it. My huband is 5.7 but he looks like he is 6 feet tall. It's all in how you feel and present your self. My father is the same way and he is 5.8. It's funny how you guys have that ability.
