I was an english teacher for ten years most of the years I worked with preschool, and they learned a lot, the star teacher of the year for three years, the secret to teach is to have a plan before the school year begin, in your case I would say that you can create a profile, per age, because you don't know the age of your client, so is good to have a profile with the concepts that you want that child or adult be abl to use.

The best way to learn how to do it is by experience itself. Without experience nobody would hire you as a private teacher. Apply at an institute and gain experience from there.
