Has anyone applied to Writers Access, or BrightHub?

If so, could you do me a favor and explain to me what it means when they ask
"Please provide a summary of your background and the services you offer?"
What services are they talking about?
"What type of composition are you skilled in?"
Does this mean they want to know if you are better writing technical stuff as opposed to writing comedy?

I write for Writer's Access occasionally. For the "services you offer" I think they want to know your special area of knowledge - what you write about. As to the type of composition, yes it has to do with whether you write technical stuff, comedy, informal, etc.
A word about Writer's Access: They don't have many jobs, but when they do, they'll send an email out. This usually comes in the middle of the night for me and by the time I get there, the jobs are usually either gone completely or picked over so that there isn't much left. I'm not particularly happy with them.
