Hi lidia. Pardon my ignorance, but what is wrong with Bangkok? I am actually contemplating of going to Thailand soon although I'm looking at Phuket and not Bangkok. I love going to the beaches and it seems they have beautiful beaches in Phuket.

beaches are good in phuket, i think though there are better ones in indonesia, and even Philippines! :D
hope you can visit PH too...
i think for bangkok, its a bit too busy, and well maybe that is what he does not like.. its kind of heavy in traffics too. but bargains are good! :D
