How are my myLotters doing?

How are doing? Been out for a few days. What did I miss? I was working on my blog and I made a couple of blogs for my friends and, let's see. I went to into Phoenix this weekend to spend some time with the few friends I have here.
One of them is getting married and he wanted to give his groomsmen each a set of knives as a gift. Pocket knives, not kitchen knives.
I sell pocket knives as kind of a part time job. He was real happy with my product so he spent $140 dollars to get 4 gift sets each with 3 knives. So that was good for me, and he got a 30% discount off of retail. and i made a little $.
I've been watching the news about the rioting in London. I know some of you are in the UK. How's that going?
All in all I had a pretty good weekend, and I missed being here. It's good to be back. The last thing I did here was start a discussion about neiljohnson, and you know what? myLot sent me a text that the problem was taken care of...He's been removed. how do you like that? The vets said we couldn't do anything about it...but I think WE teamed up and got it done.
So, What's going on?

riots in london? joke.. dont even get me started. the way the police force are handling things over there? not good at all. compared to the way they handle things over here? still aprt of the uk but just across the water. disgrace!! something should have been done sooner.
neiljohnson? he's still here is he not? i think he's still on my friends list chum.. so i don't know.
good on ya on the knives.. send me some and i'll go over to london and sort this crap out myself haha!

i have 625 now.. i don't even know how my numbers are getting so big.. everytime i get an email about a discussion, i reply to it, no matter what it is, and 2 friends had over 20 discussions each when i came back from the weekend.. so there was like 40 alone on monday morning.. you should try that, operate mylot through your email and just hit reply everytime you get an email notification.. the number soon mounts up, allthough you aren't doing too bad considering you have been awol a lot and you had to start a whole new mylot and i had like a 3 month head start on you lol!

as a uk resident i have been watching the riots. though i'm in a more civilised part of the uk, not england, so from where i am its looks sort of surreal.
there seems to be a pattern of some sort, with a lot of young boys, mostly, though i am sure theres a few girls, who are being encouraged by older men. which is interesting, as its quite common for boys to want an older male to look up to.
and the media are having this dysfunctional debate with one side wanting to get water canons, or shoot them, and the other side are blaming society, and capitalism for it all. and they are so busy arguing between themselves that its like two parents fighting over a child, where the things they believe matter more than the real causes.
but we shall see waht happens tonight.

trouble is we are only a little country, while you are a big big country, and so these children are our neighbours, and so we have to live with them afterwards. but on the other hand we have to find a way of regaining control, but one that doesn't inflame things more.

Wow. I also missed a lot, I've been missing in action for the past couple of days. I'm sick, and I missed school today because I'm about to go to a doctor to get a check up. This week I haven't been doing good on my thesis, and I'm afraid that if this gets worse, that it might take a toll on my academics. This is my last semester for my MS degree, though I'm expecting to have an extension due to the thesis.

The Riot's in London calm down a little bit but it spread on other cities. The day before yesterday I could see from my window how the Croydon is burning. That was horrible as I really love the city and being here. I feel sorry for people who lost their homes and businesses of their life. Police chef should be punished for doing nothing to protect the people.

In my one week here at myLot, I couldn't do anything as well and I thought it was hard for me to do some things here better, how can i spent my time here, I don't know how to start making a blogs or do a tasks.
