How do you filter bad content from the sites that you usually visit?

Some work at home sites have too much popup ads and page shifts. Is there anyway to stop it? Noscript takes too much content away. What do you use?

i do all my interneting from work which has excellent firewall, content filter and pop up blocker.

Actually, if you use internet explorer, you can add those site in the restricted site within internet option or:
You can edit host file from your operating system machine, but I won't go into details. Several document from website tell you how!
