Most of us have been playing video games before there was ever a such term called hardcore or casual gaming. There was a time hardcore gaming was simply called gaming and casual gaming didn't even have a name of its own. But times have changed. As a result of things like the Nintendo Wii and smartphone games, we now have a gigantic casual gaming market. However, are our gaming companies that have given us the games we grew up on for years shifting focus. Are they catering to the parents more than the kind of gamer that made them the powerhouses they care?
