What is the best way to make money on this website?

I have just signed up to this website, i get the general idea that you are meant to take part in discussions, but i don't really get how you earn money, or how it is calculated. Help?.....

They don't tell us how the calculation is done, but you do better if you post more words, you do well if you have active referrals, but make sure you read the faq's and the guidelines, because if you violate guidelines, your discussions/responses may get deleted, and you will lose earnings.
