It's been years that I am working but not saving anything. I wonder why it happens to me.Maybe one reason why I am not saving money is because I don't really know what I wanted and what do I need. I have also this habit of being a impulsive buyer. An example for this is I bought a dress four months ago and still I don't use it their still a tag price on that dress. when I first saw that dress I fell in love with the style and the color that's why I bought it but I don't know when should I wear it. So I realize that I need to break that habit for me to save money for my future. So everytime I go to the mall and before buying an item I will always ask my self do I need it or do I just want it.And it really works for me and now I have something to save. Did you try asking that question to yourself also? Try it hope it works for you.

Hi xcyper2084, I think most of us are impulsive when coming across item which we love it very much and couldn't help to possess it. I did in this way as well when I was young. Therefore the temporary impulsion made me to have lots of stuffs which they haven't been using yet and were dumped in the closet.
I was told not to purchase items which I love on account of my impulsion then by leaving the showcase and thinking for at least three days whether it's a must to get it. If so I then would purchase it on the fourth day. This works really well as the desire of purchasing the desirable item becomes faded most of the time. And I save quite an amount of extra expenses since then
