is this a sign of guilt? or an excuse to avoid incriminating statements? what do you think?

Based on the news, he had that kind of condition simply because of his heart condition or something. too bad though, he got sick at the time of the senate to call upon him, more like he made one hell of an excuse. they should attend the hearing no matter what otherwise people will think they are guilty of this plunder that is being accused to them.

yes, the timing is awful for his being sick. he may be ill, but i hope this does not absolve him from his crimes. i know that this case must be brought to court, but the senate is looking at the loopholes in our law in procurement in the police force. how come a second-hand choppers were taken in as brand new? there is really something wrong in our police and military procurement and bidding processes.

hi mensab.
mike arroyo has been sick with all sorts of disease that its surprising that he is still alive. lol!
seriously though, how long will our senate let the former first gentleman ( i shudder with that thought, that mike arroyo is considered a gentleman) play us for fools with all these excuses? it is clearly a delaying tactic on his part. he should just face the music and prove in court that he is not guilty of these allegations.
