hello. I am wondering if anyone could tell me if this diet is a good idea.
I am currently around 95kg and I would like to lose 15-20kg and have decided to start a protein diet, where most of the food i'll be eating is protein, although now and then i might have some thing naughty. I swim, walk and go to the gym.
Is this sufficient enough to lose weight?? Any advise. thanks

May be you should consult a doctor about your diet. I may not be 100% right but sudden change in diet is not a good idea. You are gym-ing, so you might have a trainer or find one. If not daily you may consult to gym trainer weekly and discuss with him about diet. Tell him you are exercising to loose weight.
Swimming, walking, exercise are best ways to loose weight but proper instructions of trainer would help you much.
Good luck...

80% diet and 20 % exercise is what you need to lose weight. Protein diet is good but you should include carbohydrates in your diet for it is your source of energy. You can't survive a day in the gym without carbohydrates. Water therapy could be a solution for you if you want to lose weight. Drink a liter of lukewarm water per day to flush away the unwanted fats in your body.
