Director of a college need to be young or old?

hello friends,i want to know the above question, as director of my college is too old , and he is not able to understand students and thier basic needs,i don't know why management of our college is not giving him retirement..!we call hi grandpa.!t

More often, they appoint that position to someone who is old and has a lot of knowledge about the school policies. I'm also kind of interested why most people that get appointed to this position are old. Come to think of it, I haven't seen a director of any school who is young.

i know that dealing with the college/school policies are bit difficult to handle and for this an institution requires an experience person but everything has a retirement period so don't he has..basically he is sucking us we have done strikes for two times because he never listen to us ....!

Most of them tend to turn out as @ssholes. Going against them won't do you any good. I suggest you just finish your degree without any trouble. Even though they tend to be like that, they're still human. They have the capability to care for someone.

yes you are right with time they become -o-,and that is why now i am not interfering in any of his activities....because he suspended me for 5 days in this month.,and now i am not going to take any risks ...!
