i have a friend who had applied for scholarship last year but it was rejected as she already has her parents who are alived and physically capable.... so she thought of applying for a loan and the schemes were that her parents should not have any property on their names and a salary of less than Rs10,000. she applied for it but that was also rejected,they said that her parents have property,when the fact is the contrary she is deeply depressed and doesn't know what to do she's keen to study further also help her with some better ideas plz
