According to special theory of relativity einstien said nothing if you travel close speed to light your time will slow down . is it possible to stop time? or other planets rotate itself with a very fast speed may coloser tothat light speed. do you think this rotation allowed them to change the thime of it self so tat when we view it with a telescope it is on an another time span and we can ot see things in that time span or dimension?

i think we will see them.Because our time will be fast and their time wil be slow.According to them,They will move normally because their brain will also slow down.So they will get used to it.We see them moving fast because our time is faster and we will see them moving fast because our brain is fast.
Did you get my point???

Yes,that is normal for us.But we will see the other planet moving even faster because our time is faster than their time!!!
Did you get my point??

our brain is faster cause our time is faster?shouldnt that supposed to be normal to us?

According to one book I've read, to stop time you have to gain control of all the elements around you, from the protons, electrons, molecules and all matter around you. And that would seem impossible, right? It's a really cool thing to do, and if a time machine would be invented that would be really fantastic (but hopefully not to bend or affect the time-space continuum), but it's just too unthinkable.

You know a scientist is claiming that there are presense of particles that can move faster than light which is called "tackions" (i m not sure about spelling). so if there is such a particle then it is possible for us to travel through time by sitting over them!.

A girl from the fair Isle of Wight,
Could travel "faster than light.
She travelled a day,
The relative way,
And returned on the previous night" (This sort of limerick can be found on various websites, and was one originally in something by George Gamow? I heard it at school some 50 years ago).
Nice poem, but the fallacy in Special Relativity is that Einstein's equations involve squares and square roots, so travel faster than light yields a negative number, the square root of which is not a negative, but an imaginary number.
I did read an article somewhere a while ago that suggested, on the basis of General Relativity equations, that you can go back in time by precessing round a cylindrical black hole of infinite length. Next time you see one of these in the shops, please let me know. And if in addition you tell me the name and address of the shop in question, I'll even share my mylot earnings from this post with you!

Of course, you can
When you read good books of old age you do time travel.
Good history books, historical fiction takes you to olden ages.
Some general fiction books set at a distant era too help you go there.
I do it frequently and I relish it. I wont barter my these time travels for any other thing.

Einstein relativity theory is right ,but there is one more theory of Einstein that if we are traveling in space settle and we jump to speed of light then in that case only powder of human bones is remains in that settle because at that stage the vibration in space settle is very very high.so first it is not possible to stop the time.it is impossible to stop the flow of time, according Stephen hawking the great scientist it is not possible to go to the past and future.
He prove that thing according to him ,Einstein relativity theory says that no one thing has speed greater than the speed of the of and suppose if any space craft traveling with speed of light in the universe then if a person ,who is in that space craft, start moving in it then he has somewhat speed greater than light.
so i do not think that any one can go to the past

That would be a cool thing. I would go back and "fix" things not change them per say just fix them is all. I have thought about this from time to time and I just don't know if our world is ready for something like this or not. I mean the damage we could do or other could do on purpose would be quite scary. I love to read scifi books about this too.!

I have to say that science has never been my forte and I get nosebleed just reading your explaination. lol
I think if this theory is correct and if we can already travel with the speed of light, that will open up a lot of possibilities and time travel is one of them. A lot of science fiction writers has already dabbled with the idea of it and when there's fiction, sooner or later it will become a reality as science will try to get close to it. Hopefully we would be able to achieve this soon.
