Is Facebook Important

I think that Facebook is important to a certain extent, as it can help us to get in touch with people who we haven't heard from for many years. However, I also think that there are a lot of people who use it too much and their lives can be eaten up by spending time on there and they may find that they are struggling with their weight or struggling to make friends just because they're spending too much time online. Also, it can cause trouble because people write things that they would never say to people face to face.

I think, just use Facebook wisely and don't stare at it all day long. The problem is not the Facebook, the problem is our addiction. If we got addicted with Facebook, then should we blame Facebook, and keep saying that Facebook is not important?

facebook is so addictive I just dumped it it was eating so much of my time i could not do anyother thing online.

it depends on what you use it for. to me facebook is important because it is my primary way to connect with my family who is in the Philippines while i am here in UK. they always ask me to upload pictures, post my status so that they are updated but never that it happens that facebook got on the way of things important for me like study and work. you must learn how to balance your time. priority first.

Yeh I agree with u that facebook eats a lot of our time but on the other side it is helpful to some people who are living far away from their friends and relatives... It is useful for them to keep contact with their friends and relatives

no not really, to me you gotta watch what you say on facebook, because my friends are ppl i know and they may get mad at some stuff i say but on here I really don't know anybody

I think that Facebook is important to many. There are many people all over the country and the world and the only way to keep in contact, good quality contact is through a site like Facebook. I wish there were a couple more out there like it that I can depend on, but the one from googel is just to new for me. I want the to fix all the bugs before I get on there.
