The easy way is to eat less calories. See it is easier than what you are currently doing because you won't have to work as hard at eating, just eat less!
You haven't mentioned if you buy pizza's or make them, or what sort. If you find eat hard to eat fresh and healthy food, like the fruit and veggies suggested buy others, you could eat lower calorie versions of the pizza.
Make pizza at home on flat bread or pita breads - put some healthy toppings on them, and they will probably be smaller than the ones you buy. Get some low fat cheese or vegan cheese to put on the pizza. Try healthy breads and veggies with healthy dips instead. You could have some salsa, hummus and pesto and dip your veggies and flat bread into this - it might satisfy your cravings but be lower in calories than what you are currently eating.
Another thing you could try, eat half the amount of pizza you normally eat and accompany it with a big healthy salad on your plate. I like to pile salad or fresh crunchy lettuse on top of my pizza.
Or halve the amount of times a week you eat pizza and eat healthier meals the rest of the week. After a while, reduce your pizza intake again so you keep reducing your calories. Just make sure you don't replace the pizza with other fattening foods.

I would stop eating so much pizza or anything with alot of carbs. Bread and pasta have alot of carbs so i would stay away from that if possible. In the morning for breakfast try eating oatmeal and maybe a apple r just one of each and for lunch try a chicken salad or something healthy. NO subs or chips for lunch at all. For dinner try eating a baked potato and one vegetable with one piece of meat.
If you stick to a diet you will see that you will loose weight and now if you start jogging or walking around your neighborhood you will also see yourself loosing weight. If you do all of this you will see yourself loosing the weight you would like to loose.
Good Luck with all of it.

There are a lot of ways but the best one is a way that will suit you. I have tried to reduce my weight in many ways possible. With exercise and low consumption of food was not enough for I tend to have control issues. I found out that loosing weight is based on how well and dedicated you should be when trying to loose weight.

stick to a diet if your planning on losing a lot of weight. Set goals each day like drink 5 cups of water, eat 5 fruits and veggies, don't have any sweet things today, and set goals for exercising, take a walk during lunch, ride your bike a mile, run on the treadmill for a mile, go swimming. I lost 19 pounds in 2 months by doing that it worked for me, if your rreally up for it it should work for you.
