Blogger (blogspot) problem, huge picture on the homepage

Picture explains better than words I want it to be like this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-image/16/blogsmallpicture.png But my blog become like this http://imageshack.us/f/4/bloggerhugepicture.png/ My picture in the post is set to small, when i go to homepage, it becomes this big. I hope you get what i mean

I have a blogspot account, and everytime I will upload picture, I can easily resize it. There is always an option there that will let you choose if you want the image to be small, medium, large or extra large. Maybe you are just missing out on that one.
