If any forum or any site will ban so how to join again ?

Well this is very main problem because at small mistake many sites does not give warning , they just ban people and We all know that there is solution and trick for everything because if rule is made so solution is also made if rules will be break by mistake . I know one software which works good because they hide people on that site but many sites does not support because may be sites dont found any Ip adress because that software hide Ip , so I want that solution that software will not hide IP but they will generate new Ip when I will open that software and then we can re join and rework on that site plz lets discuss , I think it is not only my problem

Why don't you just talk to the site owner instead of cheating?
If you create a new account and they find out that it doesn't belong to another person, then you'll be in real trouble.
Most sites ban proxy ip addresses, and can block other ip's as well, so it's not worth the hassle or risk.

I have had a ban from Ayuwage from a mistake, and they didn't let me back. It was also an IP problem, but they kept saying that I have violated their terms so it is my fault, so I have to pay for it. I think it depends a lot on the admin's character and not on us. I didn't want to cheat, but I had an IP issue and I got banned instantly.
